Return Process

  Log into your Zebronics account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a request within 7 days of delivery.

  Verification & Approval

  Our technical support team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos of the electronic device to confirm the reported issue.

• 3.
  Safe Packaging

  Once approved, pack the product in its original Zebronics box including all accessories, manuals, and the warranty card to ensure a valid return.

• 4.
  Pickup & Refund

  A courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and upon successful inspection at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
